Grandmedical celebrates Working Journalists Day
Manisa Private Grandmedical Hospital visited Manisa Headline and Hürışık Newspapers on the occasion of January 10 Working Journalists' Day. Hospital Manager Mehmet Başaran said that journalists, who are the eyes and ears of the public, are working under difficult conditions, especially during the pandemic, and that they have undertaken important duties in reaching the health news to the public.

Hospital Manager Mehmet Başaran, Nursing Services Manager Gift Gördes and Corporate Marketing Manager Birgül Urkşaş visited Manisa Headline and Hür Işık Newspapers, two important institutions of the local press, and celebrated Working Journalists' Day. Hospital Manager Başaran stated that as a hospital, they received great support from the local press, especially in the delivery of health news to the public, and said, "During the pandemic, where health news gained more importance, our local press both worked under difficult conditions and undertook great tasks in informing the public."
LOCAL PRESS WORKING IN DIFFICULT CONDITIONS
Azize Meral, Editor-in-Chief of Manisa Manşet Newspaper, and Meral Türetken, Editor-in-Chief of Hür Işık Newspaper, who hosted the Grandmedical Hospital team, gave information about the work done. Stating that Hür Işık Newspaper is one of the most rooted publications in Manisa, Meral Türetken said that local journalism is being done under increasingly difficult conditions, but they are trying to fulfill their duties in the best way possible. At the end of the visit, gifts were presented and a group photo shoot was held.
