As Manisa Private Grandmedical Hospital, we have some rules that you, your patient relatives, should know and follow in order to serve you better and to prepare a more stable environment for our patients. These are itemized as follows. To the information of all our patients and visitors;
- For the health of our patients, make sure that there are no more than two visitors in the room at the same time and that the visit time is limited to 10 minutes.
- To visit the patients in the intensive care unit, reach the nurse of the patient with the bell at the entrance of the unit. If there is no medical problem, if the patient and the intensive care environment are suitable, you can be admitted after your patient is stabilized.
- It is recommended to bring children under the age of 7 to the inpatient floors and children under the age of 16 to the intensive care units.
- Visitors who are in the room after 22:00 are accepted as a companion. Only 1 attendant can accompany our patients in all rooms.
- If visitor and/or companion application is prohibited by our physician, please take care to comply with this.
- Follow the recommendations of our healthcare professionals when visiting patients who are in isolation.
- Pay attention to the privacy of the patient and their relatives during your visit.
- During your visit, do not come into direct contact with the patient for the protection of our patients and your own health.
- Wash your hands before and after the visit or use hand sanitizer.
- Be careful not to act in the presence of our patients, such as crying or shouting, that will reflect your emotional state (as it may harm them).
- In order to protect the health of our patients, please do not bring or accept food and drink from outside.
- Grounded flowers are not accepted in patient rooms due to the risk of carrying infection. Grounded flowers on behalf of the patient will be delivered to him when he is discharged.
- Do not interfere with the treatment materials related to the patient.
- Please do not use mobile phones in areas with medical equipment.
- Water heaters etc. in patient rooms as it may cause technical problems. Do not use the devices.
- Do not speak loudly in patient rooms.
- Pets are not accepted in our hospitals, please take care not to bring them.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in our hospitals, except in designated areas.
